But creating a successful digital team is about more than just hiring talented individuals; it also requires a collaborative environment, a balance of outsourced and in-house capabilities, and strong analytics.
During the 2017 Healthcare Marketing & Physician Strategies Summit, Kelly Faley, vice president of digital marketing at Sharp HealthCare, and Sean Slattery, digital strategist with Norton Healthcare, offered their advice on building a digital team.
