During the 2017 Healthcare Marketing & Physician Strategies Summit, Kelly Faley, vice president of digital marketing at Sharp HealthCare, and Sean Slattery, digital strategist with Norton Healthcare, offered their advice on building a digital team. Faley discussed her experiences managing a large group, while Slattery offered insight from a small, growing team of digital experts.
