Danny Fell has over thirty years of healthcare marketing and advertising experience working with some of the largest healthcare brands in the country. Most recently, Danny served as a senior consultant with Optum, part of UnitedHealth Group, where he worked on applying predictive data and consumer analytics to improve patient engagement and retention.

Nationally recognized for his writing and speaking on topics ranging from healthcare ratings and rankings to digital healthcare strategies, Danny’s articles have appeared in HealthLeaders, Modern Healthcare, Strategic Health Care Marketing and the Journal of Healthcare Management among others. He is the co-author of A Marketer’s Guide to Market Research and a member of the editorial advisory board of eHealthcare Strategy and Trends.

In addition, Danny has served on the board of the American Hospital Association’s Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development, and as president of the Tennessee Society for Healthcare Marketing and Public Relations. He is also an active member of the American Marketing Association and the American College of Healthcare Executives. In 2012, Dany was honored as the very first recipient of the John A. Eudes Vision & Excellence Award for his contributions to digital marketing and thought leadership within the healthcare industry.
