Nardeep Singh leads marketing technology at Renown Health with a focus on practical innovation that improves patient access, communication, and operational efficiency. She oversees AI, CRM, and automation capabilities that support the system’s digital front door and long-term personalization strategy. She drove Renown’s migration to a headless CMS, integrated Epic online scheduling into Find-a-Doctor, and introduced AI tools that streamline translation, search, and content operations. She also guides the use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud to automate patient messaging across reminders, referrals, and outreach campaigns. 

Nardeep built Renown’s provider data pipelines across Epic, Med Staff, and CMS platforms, reducing manual work and improving data quality across consumer touchpoints. Her work connects marketing, IT, and clinical teams around shared systems that are accurate, scalable, and easy to maintain. She holds a master’s degree in information technology management. Outside of Renown, she publishes on healthcare AI for a large and growing audience of industry professionals.
