Mona Baset
VP of Digital Services
Intermountain Health


As vice president of digital services at Intermountain Health, Mona Baset leads digital strategy and transformation, including developing and implementing the digital technology roadmap. The Governor of Colorado also appointed her to serve on the state’s eHealth Commission.


Previously, Baset served as assistant vice president in the information & analytics services organization at Atrium Health, leading consumer and patient engagement strategies. She transitioned into that role after leading the digital marketing and analytics strategy for Atrium Health.


Before returning to healthcare, Baset spent almost 10 years at Bank of America, leading various marketing and communications teams.


Baset holds a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of California at Irvine, a master’s degree in communications from California State University at Fullerton, and a master’s degree in business administration from Wake Forest University. She is Green Belt certified and design thinking trained. Baset was also recognized by UC Irvine with a Lauds & Laurels Distinguished Alumni Award in 2019.

Andrew J. Snyder

SVP of Marketing and Communications
Orlando Health


As senior vice president for marketing and communications for Orlando Health, Andrew J. Snyder has executive oversight and ongoing leadership responsibility for implementing all marketing, branding, communications, social media, reputation management, digital, web, and mobile strategies and initiatives for the health system.

Snyder joined Orlando Health in 2016 and has been in healthcare marketing for nearly 30 years. He frequently presents at industry events and universities, such as the Harvard/Chan School of Public Health, University of Central Florida, Loyola University, Rollins College, Modern Healthcare, the Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development, and the Forum for Healthcare Strategies. In November 2023, Snyder was named by Beckers Healthcare as one of the 60 hospital and health system chief marketing officers to know.

Other leadership positions he has held include board member of the Orlando Ballet, United Arts of Central Florida, Zebra Coalition, and the Orlando Museum of Art. Before joining Orlando Health, Snyder was the vice president and chief marketing officer for AMITA Health, the Chicago-based joint operating company for Alexian Brothers Health System and Adventist Midwest Health. He earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from Wabash College in Indiana.
