More than half of patients act on what AI tells them about their health. Only 8% call a doctor next.

We asked 200 consumers how they use AI for health and whether they trust what it tells them. Lacey Reichwald of Aha Media Group and Rob Klein of Klein & Partners will share the results, along with patients describing in their own words what makes an AI health answer good, bad, or dangerous.

We’ll introduce 5 patient mindsets that inform how hospitals and health systems should show up in AI search. You’ll learn what each mindset needs before it trusts an answer, and how to build content that earns trust from all five.

You’ll learn:

  • Where your content can build or lose patient trust along the AI-driven search journey

  • What patients say drives their confidence in AI health answers, and how to check your own content against it

  • How to use research-backed tactics so patients trust your content wherever they find it
