Rachelle Montano, Vice President of Clinical Strategy at Loyal, is an experienced digital and healthcare industry executive with over 25 years of experience developing and implementing successful digital strategies for hospital and health care systems to successfully connect and engage with consumers, customers and patients.
Rachelle oversees strategy and development of the taxonomy for Loyal’s AI-based chatbot and search solutions and runs Loyal’s Clinical Review Board. She’s a judge for the Healthcare Internet Hall of Fame Award, the John A. Eudes Vision & Excellence Award, and the eHealthcare Leadership Awards.
She started her career as a clinical dietitian in a healthcare system and went on to obtain her MBA in pursuit of doing more to help healthcare providers and systems offer a better experience to their patients.
Matt Cohen, Director of AI at Loyal, is passionate about improving healthcare experience through intelligent software. He has over 10 years of experience working in the software/AI space and has spent the last 6 years at Loyal working to incorporate AI systems into healthcare-focused applications.
Matt received his BS and MS degrees in electrical engineering from Georgia Tech. He then spent several years performing research in machine learning, speech, NLP, and audio signal processing at MIT Lincoln Laboratory and the University of Maryland, College Park.
He joined Loyal as a Software Engineer, Applied Machine Learning and became the Director of AI in 2020. In this role, Matt oversees the company’s machine learning strategy and the AI team.
