eHealthcare Leadership Award categories are reviewed and updated annually to reflect the changing healthcare landscape. In 2023, a new category, Best Digital Staff Recruitment and Retention, was added to the awards show in response to significant workforce shortages that have crippled health systems in the aftermath of the pandemic. Award entries demonstrate how healthcare marketers step up and collaborate with human resources to offer smart, targeted solutions.
