In the healthcare CRM space, Draughon notes, Healthgrades and Influence Health have been among the dominant players. Both companies’ next-generation CRM roadmaps were driven from a shared vision. “Influence Health had a very similar culture and service model to ours,” he says.

The acquisition of Influence Health brings several new service offerings to the table, as well as a customer base that expands Healthgrades’ total number of hospital clients from 1,000 to 1,500. “[Influence Health] has relationships with top health systems in this space,” says Draughon.
