If only your website could talk to your visitors. If only it could find out what they want and provide it to them in real time.

Virtua Health set a strategic goal to transform the digital touchpoints across the customer journey. By leveraging an AI chatbot and live chat platform, the Virtua team gives customers immediate answers to their questions while providing vital support to the system’s access center. Engaging directly with customers helps Virtua’s team better understand their needs and talk with them in more personalized ways.

If the past year has taught us anything, it’s the high value consumers place on easy access to critical information — like how to schedule an appointment for a COVID-19 vaccine. The pandemic has accelerated the demand for new and innovative ways to connect with healthcare consumers.

“A huge focus at Virtua is how we get closer to the consumer, how we listen, how we respond more proactively to consumer trends,” says Ryan Younger, Vice President of Marketing at Virtua.

Learn how conversational technologies can be used to give consumers more options to connect, and alleviate the pressure on your contact center during high-demand times.

You’ll Learn:

  • Healthcare-specific use cases for chatbots and live chat
  • How to evaluate chatbot functionality
  • How to measure success and understand the metrics that are important when leveraging chatbots
  • What it takes to implement a full-function chatbot platform, including dialogue development, data integrations, transactional functionality, and lead generation capabilities
