Director of Design and Innovation
Specializing in human-centered design and digital transformation, Jill uses empathic listening to better understand customer journeys and co-create better experiences for consumers, patients and staff in the Baystate Health ecosystem, a 12,500 employee, $3B integrated care delivery network in Western Massachusetts.
As a founding member of Baystate Health’s digital innovation team, TechSpring, she also leads the discovery, evaluation, design, development and deployment of impactful technologies. Prior to her work in health care, Jill was developing new products and services in the medical device industry, both as a scientist and business leader, which sparked a lifelong passion for looking, understanding, designing and making.
Chief Digital Marketing Officer
Chris Pace is an experienced marketer with over 20 years devoted to the health care industry. He is currently the Chief Digital Marketing Officer at Banner Health, the largest hospital system and employer in the state of Arizona. His responsibilities include driving the content strategy, service line marketing strategy, and website development strategy.
Since joining Banner Health in 2018, Chris’ leadership has pushed Banner Health to expand its digital footprint through a comprehensive digital marketing stack. BannerHealth.com is now a top 10 most visited health care industry website. Chris has an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Arizona State University and currently lives in Gilbert, Arizona, with his wife Heather, their five children, and their three dogs.
