“Artificial Intelligence (AI) is everywhere, and it took over the Huntington Convention Center in Cleveland last month for the 2023 Marketing Artificial Intelligence Conference (MAICON). The conference welcomed 700+ marketers this year (more than double 2022’s attendance), and it’s easy to see why.

“AI has invaded our world, and as healthcare marketers, we face extra-difficult challenges as this new emerging technology collides with deepening concerns about patient privacy and online marketing practices. This conference was perfectly timed and exceptionally relevant.

“I’ve never been more excited to be a marketer. Here are just a few of my key takeaways:

  2. AI will fundamentally change how we work.
  3. The possibilities are terrifying.
