Brian Gresh currently serves as Vice President, Chief Marketing & Communications Officer at Community Health Network. Brian has more than 20 years of experience in digital and consumer healthcare strategies, branding, and communications. Prior to joining Community Health Network, he served as the president of Loyal Inc., which provides health systems tools to amplify patient feedback and guide patients through their digital journey. He came to Loyal from the Cleveland Clinic, where he was executive director of digital and content marketing. There, he led digital strategy, content marketing, social media and web development, as well as industry-leading search engine optimization and search engine marketing programs. He also led the digital team at University of Utah Healthcare as senior director of interactive marketing and web. A thought leader and frequent presenter at industry events, Brian has a bachelor’s in political science and a master’s in public administration.

Overseeing Ochsner’s marketing strategy and technology, Amber manages the organization’s web presence, digital marketing, social media programs, online reputation management, consumer insights and analytics and client relationship management. Her strategic focus is on increasing brand awareness, affinity, and patient acquisition while fostering loyalty through high-value content and seamless digital experiences.

With over 15 years of expertise in digital content, healthcare marketing, and technology, Amber thrives on leveraging data, market research, and cutting-edge tools to empower online health seekers to manage their care. She’s embraced AI for marketing, ensuring a consistent brand voice across all channels while enhancing program efficiencies and output across the department. From optimizing user experiences across Ochsner’s websites to executing digital campaigns that integrate with the EMR, her mission is to connect people to Ochsner while providing seamless access to healthcare for the Gulf South’s communities.

Prior to joining Ochsner in 2011, Amber worked in journalism and publications with a focus on online content and websites.
