That’s the strategy behind The Christ Hospital Health Network’s health and wellness webinars — the cornerstone of the organization’s award-winning CRM campaign.
Here’s the backstory.
In June 2022, The Christ Hospital Health Network launched a new brand promise to deliver “Everything it Takes” to benefit the patient. Nine months later, the digital marketing team executed against that platform with a strategically designed CRM campaign. The objectives of the campaign were twofold:
- Improve access to care
- Meet community need for health education

Connecting with consumers through virtual channels was a formula for success. “Before the pandemic, it wasn’t uncommon to host an in-person community event and have 10 to 15 people show up. If we had 50 in attendance, we were thrilled,” says Jennifer Miller, assistant director of marketing at The Christ Hospital Health Network. “Our very first webinar exceeded all expectations with over 1,000 registrants.”
