eHST: When you reflect on your career, what are the biggest changes in the industry between when you first entered the field and now?

NL: Healthcare was miles behind the rest of the world in terms of leveraging digital technology when I first got started in the industry. While we’ll always be somewhat behind due to how different the “buying cycle” is in healthcare, we’ve made up a lot of ground over the past 15 years, which is great to see.

eHST: What do you wish you had known when you first entered the healthcare marketing field?
