The Organizational Commitment Award is the highest honor of the eHealthcare Leadership Awards. Submissions are judged based on an organization’s overall digital strategy, marketing, staffing, internal communications, financial investment, and results.

This is the second year in a row that HMH received the Organizational Commitment Award. In addition, the marketing team took home seven other awards in the following categories: Best Digital Physician Engagement, Best Email Content-Individual Email, Best Digital Marketing Campaign, Best Social Media, Best Healthcare Content, Best Search Engine Marketing Campaign, and Best Integrated Marketing Campaign.

The breadth of this award-winning work demonstrates HMH’s continued commitment to deploying digital innovation across the enterprise and throughout the patient’s healthcare journey.

“One of our biggest achievements of 2023 was to change the narrative with our board and senior leaders,” says Pamela Landis, senior vice president for digital engagement, Hackensack Meridian Health. “They now understand that digital engagement is not a single thing. It’s not a website, a mobile app, a social media post, or a contact center. It’s all those elements working in concert.”
