New Categories to Showcase Your Work

As digital marketing continues to evolve and change, the eHealthcare Leadership Award categories are updated to reflect current industry trends and allow healthcare marketing professionals to showcase their most current and innovative work.

This year’s award show has a total of 31 categories, including these eight new or updated categories:

  • Best Population Health, Prevention, or Chronic Disease Management. This category recognizes digital initiatives that promote health through prevention and chronic condition management, including health communication campaigns, medical management tools, two-way communication between patients and healthcare practitioners, and efforts to address social determinants of health.
  • Best Children’s Health Digital Campaign. Covers campaigns for pediatric care that include digital channels and may also include other “traditional” channels such as TV, radio, outdoor, print, etc. Evaluations are based on goals, content, creative, and results.
  • Best Digital Fundraising Campaign. Encompasses campaigns for healthcare foundation/nonprofit fundraising and donor relations that include digital channels, and may also include other “traditional” channels such as TV, radio, outdoor, print, etc.
  • Best Online Reputation Management. Recognizes organizations demonstrating excellence in implementing online reputation management, including review monitoring and response, review generation and amplification, facility and physician profiles and ratings, data integration, technology platforms, KPIs, and other analytics to measure and demonstrate success.
  • Best Physician Relations and Referral Marketing. Focuses on successfully deploying strategic communications and technology to bolster relationships between physicians and healthcare organizations, driving referrals, supporting service lines, and building healthcare brands.
  • Best Use of Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare Marketing. • Best Use of Data and Targeted Marketing in Healthcare. Honors organizations that use data strategically to drive marketing efforts through segmentation, personalization, predictive modeling, and geo-targeting, among other approaches. • Best Mobile Experience (Mobile App or Website). Recognizes the best examples of healthcare mobile experience, whether via an installed app or a mobile website via a browser. Tips for Creating Winning Entries

  • Provide details. Rather than just providing a link to your new app or redesigned website, summarize your initiative in a brief description of your entry. This will help the judges understand your goals, strategies, tactics, and the results you achieved.
  • Share supporting documents. Although optional for some categories, this extra information tells the story and paints a picture of what you did and why it is worthy of top honors. And if you include some great images or video clips, they could appear in the highlight video during the awards presentation and in our coverage of winners!
  • Enter in multiple categories. You can enter one item or project in multiple categories.
  • Provide results. The judges will be impressed with the results of your efforts, such as campaign performance metrics (impressions, clicks, and CTRs) or business outcomes (increased referrals, patient volumes, and ROI).

Digital initiatives significantly enhance healthcare delivery and patient experiences. The eHealthcare Leadership Awards provide the perfect opportunity to share your best practices and enjoy well-earned professional accolades.

We look forward to seeing you at HCIC in Las Vegas, November 9-12, 2025!
